How do I get started?

 

If you are interested in setting up an appointment, or learning more about Dr. Macklin's services, please contact Dr. Macklin via phone or email. A phone consultation to discuss your needs and Dr. Macklin's offerings are complimentary. If you decide to move forward with Dr. Macklin, an initial 60 minute intake will be scheduled to better understand you and what brings you to treatment.

Do you accept insurance?

I am an in network provider with UMR and Aetna.  I do not accept other insurances and see many self-pay and out-of-network insured clients. It is recommended that prior to scheduling a first appointment, that you contact your insurance company to find out what your out-of-network benefits are. For years, I have provided clients with statements to submit to their insurance companies to get the most out of their out of network benefits.

What form of payment do you accept?

Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card at the time of the appointment.
