APPROACH TO TREATMENT
I understand that going to therapy is an individual decision and one wants to feel safe, comfortable, and secure with the person that they share their journey. I find it incredibly important to take a non-judgmental approach to treatment allowing my clients to be themselves.
My goal is to help my clients feel less overwhelmed and alone with whatever challenges they are facing.

I have worked with children as young as 4 years old and their families, as well as adults in their 50s and 60s. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" treatment but rather working together to determine a treatment that best suits my clients needs. Treatment can be brief or longer lasting depending on the presenting problems and the desires of the client.

My role is to listen, explore, reflect, challenge, and help you grow from wherever you are now to wherever you want to be.

Given my vast training experiences, I consider myself an integrative therapist, listening to the needs of my clients and incorporating aspects from various therapies to create a treatment that best suits my clients.
